All services will require a deposit of 50% of the original price of the service. For any hourly service, there will be a final invoice that the client will pay in full before receiving any deliverables. Any client who wishes to cancel an appointment, must pay a cancellation fee if the appointment is cancelled within two hours of the start time.
- Any service cancelled within two hours of meeting will be charged a cancellation fee. All services can be rescheduled twice. After that, client forfeits their deposit and must pay another to reschedule a third time.
- MDM will provide each client with an opportunity to confirm accuracy of all documents and services performed before final payment is due. NO deliverables will be submitted until final payment has been received.
- Any invoice open for more than 30 days will receive a late payment fee of $10 each month it goes unsatisfied.
- MDM respects each client and their beliefs and we expect the same respect in return. We do not condone bullying, intimidation, insults of any kind, or behavior that puts us or any other client at risk.
- All business owners are responsible for following through with the plans that are created with MDM. MDM assumes NO responsibility for the failure of any plan made and confirmed by the client, due to the client's negligent behavior.
- MDM will complete all business filings and charge an annual Registered Agent Fee once a year to all clients who received our filing services.
